ESTELLA WARREN has gotten away on a technicality and won’t be charged for felony escape. The 32-year-old former Swimsuit Illustrated model, who’s languished in virtual anonymity until getting arrested for smashing into three parked cars, trying to make a run for it, and cussing out and kicking the arresting officer Monday, fled the police precinct before being hauled in again.
It seems Estella‘s certainly used all that training from fleeing simians in 2001′s “Planet of the Apes”. According to Hollywood gossip news, the former model, erstwhile actress, and full-time lush won’t be charged with felony escape because technically she hadn’t actually been booked when she flew the coop. So what about that cop she kicked?
Yes, what about it? Warren will still be facing charges for assault, hit and run, and driving under the influence.
We’re guessing her Swimsuit Illustrated past didn’t impress the arresting officer very much…
