JADEN SMITH earned a seven-digit salary for starring in the 2010 ‘The Karate Kid’ remake. Pretty amazing, especially for someone who’s just now going through puberty. Way to go, Jaden!
According to TMZ, Jaden’s contract—which was signed back in 2009—showed that the young actor and rapper was paid in two installments: $900,000 and $100,000.
Due to the film’s box office success, Jaden earned an extra $2,000,000 as a bonus, bringing his total salary for ‘The Karate Kid’ up to $3,000,000.
Not bad for someone so young, don’t you think?
