Jessie James, Sandra Bullock‘s ex-husband, is claiming that she’s keeping his daughter Sunny, and adopted son Louie from him. James has moved from his California home base to Austin, Texas to be closer to the kids, but that hasn’t happened so far.
James, shown here with new fiancee, celebrity tattoo artist, Kat von D, has custody of his daughter Sunny, from his second wife Janine Lindemulder.
“I don’t want to try to second guess what she thinks or something like that…I mean, I know why I moved. I moved initially so the kids could keep a relationship and I could kind of keep a relationship with Louie, and then whatever else happened besides that.”
James and Bullock‘s 5-year marriage publicly imploded last year after James‘ cheating with several women came to a head, causing Sandra to cancel her European promotional appearances for her film, The Blind Side. And now the 2010 Oscar winner has cut him off from contact with his own daughter.
