JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE won the Indy 500! No he did, really. Well, at least his clothing line did. Champion racer, Dan Wheldon and his WR racing team drove the car sponsored by Justin‘s company, Rast, which he co-owns with best friend, Trace Ayala.
If you could have seen Justin abandoning all sense of superstar decorum, leaping up and down and screaming raucously as his the Rast car took the finish line…
Uh…well, we didn’t see him. And neither did anyone. Still, Hollywood rumors imagine it to be true because the “SexyBack” singer had this to say on Twitter:
“”What a Memorial Day weekend! The William Rast car just won the Indy 500!!!! Congrats to Dan Wheldon, the WR racing team and everyone else who put in the hard work for victory! unreal!”
Ayala followed it up with:
“We won!!!!!!!!”
This is Rast’s fourth Indy sponsorship, and Justin hopes the Wheldon win will sell a lot of William Rast eyewear. Just don’t expect Danica Patrick to buy a pair.
