KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN unveils her gorgeous post-baby bikini body on the cover of Shape magazine. Hmmm… definitely a shining ray of hope to all the mothers out there who are struggling to get rid of their baby weight!
It’s really amazing to see Kourtney looking fit and fabulous even after having a baby. How did she do it? The new mother reveals:
“I always say, ‘Know when’s the right time for your workout and commit to doing it.’ For me, I have to get up at 7 a.m. every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run. Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door.”
Despite having to deal with everything that comes with having a family, a reality show, and being the object of Hollywood rumors, Kourtney is determined to stay slim and sexy:
“My arms already look good from carrying a 25-pound baby around, but I plan to make them really toned.”
