LADY GAGA Judas Video Leaked
Lady Gaga‘s new music video “Judas” was leaked this morning just hours before it officially debut on E! “Judas”, Gaga‘s video for her “Born This Way” single is a version of biblical love and betrayal meets Hell’s Angels on rampage.
Surprisingly enough, there isn’t anything shockingly blasphemous, or even remotely sexual, in the five minute video, which is something new – even for Lady Gaga.
Gaga plays a blue veiled (Mary Magdalen, perchance?) biker babe riding behind a Latino version of Jesus wearing a crown of golden thorns. Members of her biker gang are named after the apostles, and in some scenes, where biblical imagery is shown, Gaga even gets flogged herself. Too late for Lent?
Gaga says the video isn’t meant to be a poke at religion:
“I view it as social statement. I view it as a cultural statement.”
