Just in time for Memorial weekend holiday, LINDSAY LOHAN has begun her house arrest sentence today. Lohan fought the law and the law won last month when she was accused of felony grand theft and accepted a plea deal, which included two weeks of house arrest and 480 hours of community service.
Lohan turned herself into Lynwood Correctional Facility today at around 5am, according to several entertainment news websites, and was suited up with her good friend from yesteryear – the home monitoring ankle bracelet – and will sit in her house and do God knows what for the next few weeks.
I could see house arrest being a major drag if you lived in a one-bedroom studio, but Lohan has a very spacious residence and will likely have a grand time painting her toe nails and daydreaming about her future Oscar.
