Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was seen partying at Olive Garden Friday night, but drank only water. The party was a birthday celebration for Lindsay‘s pal, photographer Tyler Shields, where Lohan and other celebrity friends toasted the birthday boy’s 29th in one of the restaurant’s private rooms.
Also at the party were Kyle XY TV star Matt Dallas, actor Simon Curtis, and regular Desperate Housewives guest star, Lyndsy Fonseca.
As an eyewitness puts it,
“There were about 15 or so people…it was pretty low-key but they all seemed to be having a great time. There was a lot of laughter and picture-taking, and everybody even sang ‘Happy Birthday’. There was wine on the table throughout the party but Lindsay never touched any. She only drank water.”
Apparently, the rehab recidivist, who’s been previously charged with robbery, as well as sentenced to jail for violating her DUI probation, didn’t let the party interfere with her intent to remain sober.
