It seems to be a day for car accidents. Manny Pacquiao, like Beckham, got into a car crash in Sin City, just hours before his scheduled fight with “Sugar” Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas tonight.
According to current news, the “Pacman” was traveling with his people in a convoy of cars after leaving church where they heard Mass, when one of his security vehicles ran into the car Manny was in.
Trainer Freddie Roach frantically examined his golden ticket after Manny got back to the hotel, but heaved a big sigh of relief that his prized fighter wasn’t any the worse for wear.
So the fight is still on. And the betting is at a fever pitch.
