Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook founder and CEO whose life story served as inspiration for the high grossing film, “The Social Network”, just became a homeowner for the first time. He recently dug his roots in a neighborhood in Palo Alto, and hey, we know the real estate market’s been at an all-town low, so why toss 7 million into something that looks like this?
Okay Mark, we understand you want to remain incognito, perhaps to throw your stalker off the scent, but for a trillionaire whose once-upon-a-startup now has over 500 million users worldwide, aren’t these digs a little too…puny?
So it has a saltwater pool, a glass-ensconced sun room, a state-of-the art security system, and 5 bedrooms and baths…we’re still craning our necks looking for the helipad, and maybe the tunnel that leads to the batcave. I mean, for 7 million, there has to be something more than meets the eye.
Would you live here if you had that much money?
