High energy? Lots of skin? Trust MILEY CYRUS to bring a new meaning to Raunch ‘n Roll when she opened the South American leg of her Gypsy Heart tour at Quito, Ecuador recently. Dressed in skin-tight black hotpants and a scant tipped tee topped with a red jacket and accessorized with black garter stockings and thigh-high boots, Cyrus, the barely legal teen showed she segued her career from Disney teeny-bopper to edgy rock provocateur.
Her wild energy is slated to make it to all 20 stops in her Gypsy Heart tour, which includes Australia and the Philippines. Alas, Cyrus isn’t gyrating in front of U.S. audiences who she claims profess a marked lack of love for her.
Still, a lot of South American cheers greeted her onstage rock histrionics, as Miley and her scantily- clad dancers shimmied through the hits of her previous albums.
Miley took to Twitter much later, saying:
“Honestly I can’t believe my first show is already over.” “Amazinnggg. This crowd was beyond incredible. I cried my eyes out. so touched.”
