BEYONCE forgot the lyrics to Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ in the middle of her performance during a show in Nice, France! Clearly, even superstars like Sasha Fierce—who is rarely the subject of negative news on celebrity gossip websites—also have their fair share of embarrassing moments.
When Beyonce decided to sing ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ last weekend for her show in Nice, the award-winning singer—who is always so impeccable when it comes to her performances—forgot to pay attention to one minor detail: she neglected to brush up on the lyrics.
Admittedly, Queen’s 1975 hit is a difficult song to sing, so we can forgive the fabulous Beyonce if it wasn’t 100% perfect. But it really didn’t help that she didn’t even get the words right.
Fortunately for the R&B singer, messing up a famous classic song isn’t the same as messing up the American national anthem—so we’re pretty sure Beyonce will be spared the media outcry and humiliation that Christina Aguilera was subjected to after she botched the lyrics to ‘Star Spangled Banner’ at this year’s Super Bowl.
