HEIDI MONTAG says she spent 14 hours a day in the gym, lost 27 pound to prep herself for her pool party at Wet Republic. If she’s to be believed, then she’s lucky she didn’t injure herself—or worse.
Heidi really likes to push herself—and her poor body—to extreme measures just to look good. Seriously… 14 hours a day? That’s just not safe!
The reality star tells Us Weekly:
“I’ve been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape… And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape.”
Of course, the extreme workout paid off, as Heidi was able to get her weight down from 130 to 103 pounds in a short while—just in time for her pool party at the Wet Republic in Las Vegas.
The reality star admits that it’s the first time she went to the gym after her surgeries:
“My breasts, because they’re so big, really needed some time… So I’m just starting to work out again after my surgery. Sometimes I get shooting pains, but I hear that’s normal.”
In addition to the 14-hour daily workout sessions, Heidi also went on a diet of apples, cherries and salads to help her get herself down to her ideal weight. She shares:
“I’ve been running a lot, and I’ve been doing weights… When you work out, you boost your metabolism, so you have to [make sure you eat enough].”
It’s really no surprise that Heidi pushed herself to those extremes—she did get ten cosmetic surgeries in one day, which was big news for all the celebrity gossip websites and magazines for quite a while. After all, she almost died.
Why do you think Heidi‘s always so prepared to risk her life just to look good?

my silent had a body part reiodtcun in Egypt, very cheap. its cost about 5000 Egyptian pounds which is same 600 pounds. so you should pair ! but i recommend going to the best place you can find. private hospitals and doctors. they volition offer you the best and it faculty lifeless be heaps cheaper than the UK!lol kinda bad to assume that Egyptian doctors are bad simply they’re actually not. trust ME i have family there and i go nearby all the time. they r fully trained and in case things go wrong, there is always help. private hospitals are vastly cheap and they offer the quality care. just because they r not skilled in the us, doesn’t mean they are not as equipped or even more.
