Remembering Jackass star RYAN DUNN who was killed on June 20, 2011 in a fatal one-car accident. Dunn was only 34. He was best known for being a member of the Jackass crew and a cast member on Viva La Bam.

Dunn moved to West Chester, Pennsylvania with his parents when he was a young teenager. He was born in Medina, Ohio and later lived in Williamsville, New York, before moving to West Chester.

Friends of the Jackass star knew him as a lover of fast cars and a daredevil on the road. Dunn was cited at least 23 times in the 13 years before his death on June 20th which ended in a brutal car crash in Chester County. The 23 citations include 10 stops for speeding and careless driving and three more for driving with a suspended license. There was also a DUI arrest in 2005.

According to celebrity news, the DUI charges were dropped when Dunn completed a probationary program, with suspension of his license for over a year.

“He drove too fast,” April Margera, Bam Margera‘s mother told Philadelphia TV station NBC10 on Monday. “I yelled at him all the time about that.”

West Goshen Township police said they believe Dunn was driving at least 130 mph when his Porsche 911 GT3 veered off the Route 322 bypass near the Pottstown Pike exit early Monday morning. The vehicle slammed through a guardrail, tumbled into a wooded ravine, hit a tree and burst into flames. The impact was so strong that it shattered the car. His passenger Zachary Hartwell who also died instantly from the tragic.
