JESSICA SIMPSON is making sure that if ERIC JOHNSON cheats on her, he doesn’t get a dime! While we still have no idea when Jessica will marry Eric, several celebrity gossip websites claim she has an iron clad prenuptial agreement in the works. In the contract? Eric will get no money whatsoever if he cheats.
Come to think of it, there were cheating allegations on both sides in 2005 when she and ex-husband Nick Lachey split. Also – Simpson’s ex, Tony Romo, was rumored to have strayed while they were together as well. So her paranoia might be justified.
As the source points out, Simpson is worth a staggering $1 billion, so it would behoove her to be conscientious with her bank account.
