According to the latest celebrity news, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE invested his hard-earned money in the once-popular social network, MySpace—and he has plans to make it BIG again. Is that even still possible?
Apparently, Justin thinks it is. In fact, he isn’t just some investor who’s dipping his toes in while watching MySpace flounder as it fights not to sink—he’s diving in with both feet, with the full intent of keeping it from going under. According to the official announcement, the singer/actor will:
“…play a major role in developing the creative direction and strategy for [MySpace] moving forward.”
You’d think Justin would be more likely to throw his money on Facebook, since he starred in box office smash ‘The Social Network’ and all. But that just isn’t happening. Justin says:
“There’s a need for a place where fans can go to interact with their favorite entertainers, listen to music, watch videos, share and discover cool stuff and just connect … MySpace has the potential to be that place.”
Do you guys think he’s right?
