The latest Hollywood news tells us that KIM KARDASHIAN and KRIS HUMPHRIES have finally set a date for their summer wedding! The couple will be tying the knot in August. It feels like only yesterday we were all talking about their romantic engagement, and now here they are, with only a little over a month until their big day!
Kim and Kris haven’t sent out the invitations yet but they’ve already revealed the date to some of the celebrities whom they plan to invite.
Kathie Lee Gifford says:
“I’ve been told a particular date… Darn right [she and husband Frank Gifford] are going to that wedding.”
The couple may have decided on a date (which they will not reveal to the public just yet), but they still have a long way to go. Kim reportedly hasn’t found a dress yet, and they are still looking at possible venues. A source reveals:
“They are looking at private estates in Los Angeles, since location will make it much easier for guest flying in to attend.”
Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, is reportedly obsessing about the preparations to make sure that every minute detail is perfect. A family friend says:
“The last Kardashian wedding was insane… This time Momma Kris wants time to plan and prepare and make sure the entire family has time to enjoy getting ready for the big day. Kris [Jenner] deserves this moment … and she fully intends to make sure every detail is just perfect.”
According to reports Kim and Kris are planning to air their wedding in a 2-hour E! special, so for those who didn’t get an invite, don’t despair!
