KIM KARDASHIAN is planning to sue Hollywood news and gossip magazine ‘In Touch’ for claiming she’s a cheater. The story that sparked Kim K.’s anger was a particularly nasty one claiming that the reality star has been cheating on KRIS HUMPHRIES.
Kim is absolutely pissed about the cover story on the latest ‘In Touch’ issue, which claims that she’s been having a 5-month affair with with NFL player Bret Lockett behind her fiancé’s back. TMZ obtained a letter from Kim’s laywer to the magazine, which was sent before the story went to press. It basically says that Kim will take legal action against them if they continued to run the cheating story.
Despite the threats, ‘In Touch’ still ran the story, which contains a quote from Bret:
“I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does… She pursued me.”
However, according to Kim’s reps, the reality star has never cheated on her fiancé Kris nor has she ever met Bret, and she is planning to sue both him and the magazine.
