While LINDSAY LOHAN‘s serving her time at her swanky beach house, lawsuit settlement claims continue to hound her, providing hiccups to her drying up process. A photographer who sued Lindsay for unpaid work and won is now asking a judge to enforce payment on her, while she’s still on house arrest.
According to Scott Nathan, Lindsay failed to pay him for his work way back in December, installments for which were due in March as ordered by the court. Scott now wants a judge to levy upon Lindsay‘s bank accounts, whatever there is left in them, to get back remuneration for his efforts.
So when Lindsay finally steps out of her beach house to have that ankle bracelet removed, we may possibly be looking at a potential career in porn just to make up for lost time. I mean, the girl has to eat, doesn’t she?
