’10 Things I Hate About You’ star ANDREW KEEGAN got tasered and handcuffed by the police last night, according to celebrity news.
Gosh. Tasered??? Isn’t that maybe a little extreme?
Andrew was reportedly throwing a party in Marina Del Ray when the incident occurred. Witnesses tell TMZ that the police had asked the actor to turn down the music, but instead of complying, he refused and got “very aggressive.” Andrew was then thrown to the ground, tasered, and then handcuffed by the cops—and all because he didn’t want to turn the noise down.
Andrew was not placed under arrest (despite the cuffs) and was eventually released. A source says that he “was very shaken up” about the whole ordeal.
We can imagine—getting tasered doesn’t exactly relax people.
But here’s something that’s bothering us… how “aggressive” could he have been for him to receive such treatment? And how come model/actress Estella Warren didn’t get the same treatment after she kicked a cop and tried to pull a Houdini at the police station? Hmmm.
