According to the latest celebrity news, BROOKE MUELLER is going to Cancun on Sunday for some “extreme” rehab. And by extreme, we mean she’s going to be consuming some serious drugs—which are illegal in the States—to help her stop doing drugs. Huh?
Sources tell TMZ that Brooke will be checking into a Cancun treatment facility that specializes in treating patients with a hallucinogenic drug that will help stop addictions. The drug is called Ibogaine, which is extracted from the iboga plant. Studies show that this particular drug disrupts people’s addictions to heroin, cocaine, methadone, and alcohol.
Brooke’s treatment will take an entire week, and according to her, it’s very “extreme”—but she’s convinced that it will “rewire” her brain and make her get over her drug addictions.
There have been reports of a reconciliation between Brooke and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, since they’re been hanging out again now that he’s all out of “goddesses.” Is she trying to get better for Charlie? And the bigger question is, will he try to get better—and go to sex addiction rehab or something—for her?
