CASEY ANTHONY is found not guilty of murdering her daughter, and her defense lawyers break out the champagne. What a bunch of insensitive pricks!
Casey, who was the main suspect in the murder of her 2-year old daughter Caylee back in 2008, was acquitted yesterday. Her defense team wasted no time in celebrating the not guilty verdict—they immediately dashed into the nearest restaurant and celebrated the verdict with a HUGE champagne toast.
Jose Baez (Casey’s attorney) partied it up with his team at the Terrace 390 restaurant in Florida—which is right across the street from the Orange County Courthouse, where the sensational murder trial took place.
We can understand the need to celebrate after winning a trial, but this particular murder case involves the brutal death of a defenseless toddler. Celebrating something like that is just sick.
