CHRIS BROWN’s neighbors claim that the singer is the neighbor from hell. And no, he didn’t beat them up… in case you were wondering.
Chris has only been living in his West Hollywood condo unit a few months, and his neighbors already hate him. According to the latest celebrity news reports, the “Next To You” singer is constantly annoying his fellow condo owners with his rude and inconsiderate antics.
Apparently, Chris is the perfect example of the worst neighbor ever, and the other residents are absolutely fed up with him. He reportedly blasts loud music day and night, throws raucous parties, parks in handicap parking spaces, and even races dogs… in the hallways.
On top of everything else, the R&B singer is also the prime suspect in the vandalism of the condo’s elevator. Just this week the police were called to the building because someone carved the initials “C.B.” on the elevator door.
