JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY spoke about their love and why they were a good combination just a few weeks ago, this could have been their last interview as a couple.
As the latest Hollywood gossip news has been buzzing about J. Lo and Marc‘s shocking breakup, we have obtained possibly the couple’s last interview together which was conducted just weeks before the breakup announcement earlier today.
In one of their last interviews as a married couple, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony spoke exclusively to Latina magazine about the love they share, why they were a “good combination” and why Jennifer believed she was destined to be with Marc.
Some highlights from Jennifer’s interview below.
On Understanding Each Other:
“I mean Marc and I really do understand each other. We know each other’s hopes and dreams, we know each other’s strengths, we also know each other’s weaknesses, so in a way, we’re the best gauge of how we can be the best in everything that we do.”
On The Importance of Respect:
“You know, we respect each other, we respect each other’s opinions, and because of all those things, and we love each other, more than anything.”
On How Working Together Strengthened Their Relationship:
“He wants me to be successful, I want him to be successful, he wants me to be happy, I want him to be happy, and all those things make for a very good combination in work, and in life.”
On How Their Relationship Was Fate:
“Yeah, I do believe in fate, I really do. And I believe in destiny and I believe that things are going to be what they’re gonna be and for whatever reason, we were meant to share this time together.”
So what gives? Frankly, when J. Lo and Marc first got together, I was the last person who thought they would make a great couple. Being completely superficial, I thought she was just too beautiful for him. Over the years, I sincerely have changed my view and I thought he was such a sweetie and always there for J Lo.. Or rather they were always there for each other and the split announcement today? Darn it, it made me really sad.
After these many years and two great little twins, I say..perhaps they can patch things up? Honestly if they gave such a positive and loving interview just weeks ago, it doesn’t seen like things are at a point of no return, does it? What do you think?
