One’s just a kid who was fantasizing about his girlfriend in a skimpy bikini at the time didn’t know any better, and the other one’s probably still suffering from brain damage after his recent water-skiing accident…
…and the Bieb was driving Kingston‘s Rolls Royce on Ocean Drive with the top down, too.
Celebrity gossip websites report the two clueless guys were surrounded by a mob of fans in an instant and had to flag down law enforcement to help them escape their predicament.
Wow. Those two don’t get out much, do they?
