KIM KARDASHIAN has hired two of the very best celebrity trainers Tracy Anderson and Gunnar Peterson to help her lose 15 pounds before her August wedding! The bride-to-be is determined to shed the excess weight and shimmy into a size 2 wedding dress.
According to the latest Hollywood gossip news, Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson has Kardashian focused on a total body workout sometimes twice a day. Tracy says, “We don’t want to take away Kim’s amazing curves, so we just do specific movements to tighten the skin and to pull the muscles tight against the bone.”
To switch up her work out, Kim also turns to Gunnar Peterson who has Kimmy sweating with curls and lunges two to three times per week. Alternating between these two famed celebrity trainers and upping her visits to Barry’s Bootcamp, where Kim powers through an hour of high-intensity interval training, she’s definitely going to shed her unwanted pounds away.
15 pounds, that’s a lot Kim. Do you think Kim should lose that much weight? I think she looks good the way she is.. Then again if that’s what she wants, who am I to say? At the present, Kim is allegedly a size 4 and 125 pounds.
