Entertainment news tells us that LEA MICHELE, CORY MONTEITH, and CHRIS COLFER are not going to be completely fired after ‘Glee’ Season 3 after all! Good news? We think so!
Despite ‘Glee’ co-creator Ryan Murphy’s announcement that Lea, Cory and Chris will be leaving the show after the third season, executive producer Brad Falchuk tells us that they are definitely keeping the actors on for future episodes—they just won’t be in the glee club anymore. He revealed:
“They are not done with the show after this season… Because they’re graduating doesn’t mean they’re leaving the show. If you have Lea Michele under contract, you don’t just say, ‘We’re going to let you go.’”
Brad added:
“It was never our intention to let them go… They are not done with the show after this season.”
As for the rumors that they were going to create spinoff of the popular show—set in New York—for Lea, Cory and Chris, Brad admitted:
“That was something we were planting as a possibility, but we didn’t get much further than that… We’re leaning against doing it. We certainly have explored it, but I think we’re going to pass.”
So, do you think you’ll still be watching ‘Glee’ after Season 3?
