It isn’t “THE SITUATION‘s” week at all – MIKE SORRENTINO‘s been slapped with a $1 million lawsuit to top his storming off set and “quitting” Jersey Shore this week.
On the plaintiff side sits his former managers whose services “The Situation” terminated back in May for the reason of “lack of performance.”
Say what?
Hasn’t his career, or whatever it is he’s had before, taken off since “Jersey Shore”?
Gotham NYC Entertainment claims Sorrentino should have given a 30-day notice to allow them to remedy the issue before resorting to terminating their services. Apparently, this stipulation is in the contract they’ve signed.
Gotham further alleges they propelled “his career from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity.”
So what’s going to happen to “The Situation” now that he’s signified his temperamental intention to leave the reality show, and is being sued by his ex-managers?
Is it back to Seaside Heights for his eight-pack?
