PRINCE WILLIAM beat his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, KATE MIDDLETON in a friendly dragon boat race across Canada’s Dalvay Lake a few hours ago. Or did he really?
The race had been scheduled months ago as part of William and Kate‘s visit to Canada, and while we admire the prince’s manly bearing and quiet strength, we’re wondering if William, who hasn’t a lick of rowing experience, could really have bested his wife Catherine at a sport she’s excelled in throughout university…
Of course, in a dragon boat race, we do have their respective team members to consider, all of whom probably put up a pretty good fight. Still, Hollywood rumors are speculating whether Kate, with the cooperation of her rowing team, allowed her husband to win.
It isn’t really good form, not even in this present age of equality, to beat your own husband in front of his subjects, particularly if that husband happens to be second in line to the throne.
Yea or nay?
