According to the latest entertainment news, Snooki sits down for a one-hour episode on E!’s True Hollywood Story which premieres on July 27 at 10pm but you get the juice right here first hand courtesy of E!
In this upcoming one hour episode, THS dives into the fishbowl to discover the truth about the tiny reality princess – how she became involved in the “fist-pumping” lifestyle, the mean girls she faced in high school, how she rolled into the “Jersey Shore” audition and how fame has changed her life.
THS sat down with the people who know Snooki best – her mom and dad, childhood friends, fellow cast members Jennifer “JWoww” Farley, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Vinny Guadagnino and the starlet herself chimes in with some choice comments.
When reality television viewers met Snooki aka Nicole Polizzi in December 2009, they became instantly addicted to the tiny, hard-partying diva. Snooki became such a sensation that it seemed everyone – including the President – had her on their radar.
“Nicole always wanted to be famous. She used to come to my house and sign autographs and put them on my refrigerator and be like, ‘This is the first autograph Snooki will ever sign’ and we were all just like, ‘Okay, Nicole like I’m sure you’ll get there someday, but none of us ever believed it would actually happen.” – Snooki’s friend, Stephanie Greiner

“The fame is obviously awesome, but I think the best part honestly is being financially stable and paying my parents back for all the money that I took from them when I was a teenager.” – Snooki
“You know I’m not trying to be somebody I’m not and like fit in that Hollywood realm of like wearing ‘Versace’ and you know thousand dollar gowns, you know like that’s not me. If I’m going to go to a red carpet event, I’m going to show up in my freaking leopard dress and that’s it.” – Snooki
“Nicole did battle with body image issues around 10th, 11th grade. I think a lot of it had to do with cheerleading. She always wanted to be tiny and fit and in shape. There were days where she would eat a cracker and she’d get to cheerleading practice and she’d be dizzy and she’d almost faint. And we’d be like, ‘Nicole you can’t keep doing this.’ And there was a point where she was down to like 80 pounds.” – Stephanie Greiner
