The cast of TWILIGHT gathered at the San Diego ComicCon the other day where they discussed whether “Breaking Dawn” spells the end of the “Twilight” film series or just the beginning in a long line of surprises.
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene, Taylor Lautner and Nikki Reed hosted a press conference where fans voiced their concerns: is this the end of Twilight?
“I don’t know you would have to talk to Stephenie I guess.”
Pattinson answered, referring to Twilight series author Stephenie Meyer.
And as a newly wealthy woman who’s dogging the footsteps of those who came before her, namely J.K. Rowling and Stephen King, Hollywood rumors think its highly unlikely Meyer will let go of the raging success that’s become her bread and butter. After all, Twilight features characters that boast of rich backgrounds Meyer will have to revisit at some point.
Like Jacob Black, for instance. Will Taylor Lautner get his own spinoff?
“The fans are certainly passionate,”
Ashley Greene gushed at the press conference,
“so there’s definitely an opportunity for it but as far as we know we are finished.”
