Zara, an Eventing World Champion equestrienne, who’s always preferred to remain low-key, was unable to do so during her wedding day as her 300 invited guests swelled to humongous proportions as a huge percentage of Britain’s population turned out to witness her walk down the aisle in her Stewart Parvin ivory silk and duchess satin ballgown, Jimmy Choos, and a tiara loaned off her mother, Princess Anne.

Celebrity news noted that the crowd thinned considerably during the reception at one of the Queen’s residences in the Palace of Holyroodhouse, which fortunately for the newly weds, was a private event for family and close friends.
