JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT channeled legendary grunge rocker KURT COBAIN when he covered “Lithium,” one of Nirvana’s best songs, in Seattle last night.

Joseph performed in Seattle last night as part of his hitRECord at the Movies tour, where he covered Nirvana’s “Lithium” at the Neptune Theater. Before playing the song, the actor (and singer) said:
“I just want to play this song in this town.”
Joseph added:
“It doesnt matter that he’s [Kurt Cobain] dead, it doesn’t matter how he died … his songs are f**king awesome, that’s what matters.”
