KANYE WEST and JAY-Z trashed a $370,000 Maybach on a music video and are auctioning off the remains for Somalia. Granted the Maybach is one heck of an expensive German luxury car, but what idiot would buy a ride that’s been sliced, diced and torched?
“Otis”, a video from their joint collaboration “Watch The Throne” has them slicing up the car with a power saw and dicing it up with a blowtorch. The two then take the mutilated Maybach for a spin with the requisite white scantily-clad ladies hamming it up in the back.
The latest Hollywood gossip has the damage assessed at $150,000, which considering Jay-Z‘s usual bar tab averages at $250K, its no biggie on his sizeable wallet.
“The thing is, the value of that car is nothing now, you couldn’t drive it on the street. It would start malfunctioning bigtime.”

Still, that hasn’t made a dent in either Jay-Z or Kanye‘s intention to auction off the newly-dubbed Franken-bach. As a note at the end of the video goes:
“The vehicle used in this video will be offered up for auction. Proceeds will be donated towards the East African drought disaster.”
And this just goes to show what millionaire moguls Jay-Z and Kanye really think of the starving children of Somalia…
