KATE GOSSELIN’s Been Cancelled
Whatever will she do now that TLC has cancelled KATE GOSSELIN‘s reality show, “Kate Plus 8?” True she’s lived the celebrity life since 2007 when the reality series launched her into infamy popularity, but now the kids are growing and she’s not exactly as controversial as she once was, what’s in store for this mother of eight? Is she going into construction like ex-husband Jon, too?
Celebrity news got in on the action and received the following statement from TLC:
“TLC has decided not to renew another season of ‘Kate Plus 8.”
After all, its reached the 150th season mark, and people suffering in the recession don’t need another reminder of how hard it is to raise kids, not to mention eight of them.
There’s hope for Kate, though.
“TLC hopes to check in with Kate and the family periodically with specials in the future,”
a representative from the network said.
That is to say, don’t call us, we’ll call you.
Kate has a lot to be thankful for though. Her reality series that’s been spun off “Jon & Kate plus 8″ allowed her to get that tummy tuck she always wanted, the wardrobe she’s always coveted, the publicity she’s been craving all her life, and what’s more, it even gave her an opportunity to kick an unwanted spouse to the curb.
