For a change, teen queen MILEY CYRUS opted to get all covered up at the 2011 MTV VMAs—a definite departure from her usually revealing outfits, which are always a subject of criticism on celebrity gossip websites.
Do you love it or do you hate it?
Miley ditched her usual racy outfits and wore a long-sleeved, black, gold and turquoise Robero Cavalli gown, which was adorned with leopard print detail on the top half and floral detail on the bottom. She accessorized with a Lorraine Schwartz diamond necklace, gold drop earrings, and an assortment of cocktail rings.
But did you really think Miley would wear something in which she couldn’t show off even just the tiniest bit of skin? Think again. The former “Hannah Montana” star’s floor-length dress may seem conservative from the front, but it actually has an open back—just a smidgen of sexy, tasteful skin-baring.
Unfortunately, Miley’s attempt to look regal and classy had a trade-off—it aged her about 20 years! She looked very matronly!
But the dress itself is really pretty—we’re just not sure it works for Miley.
