Celebrity news tells us that LADY GAGA is currently being sued for allegedly stealing parts of a song for “Judas,” the second single off her latest album, “Born This Way.”
Gaga was slapped with a lawsuit by Rebecca Francescatti, a relatively obscure singer-songwriter who claims that some parts of the song “Judas” were copied from her own song, “Juda,” which she wrote back in 1999.
