We’re not really surprised…MIKE “THE SITUATION” SORRENTINO has gotten some New Jersey cops in trouble, big time. The “Jersey Shore” guido was cruising with two girlfriends when he was pulled over by for not wearing a seatbelt and having his lady passengers sit one on top of the other on the bucket seat. Kinky.
Well guess what happened next?
So did they cite the guy?
Entertainment news says they didn’t. They asked for his autograph instead!
This hasn’t gone over well with their police chief. In fact, Thomas Palmisano, Belmar Police Chief has ordered an international affairs investigation into the action of the traffic cops who were so enamored of Sorrentino‘s six pack and two gals, they’d have traded in their service firearms and badges for his sig.
“The allegation was there was two people in front seat without their seatbelt on and the officers didn’t act on it,”
Belmar Police Department spokesman, Captain Andrew Huisman said.
“The officers knew who this person was and got their autographs and weren’t thinking. If there was a violation of the law, then they should have acted.”
Does this mean we need to become reality stars to get away with parking tickets and citations? Worth a try, eh?
