Have you seen ALI LOHAN‘s new face lately? Does it look like she’s on good terms with bulimia, or did she have a good long lunch with plastic surgery? Because she sure doesn’t look like the 17-year-old of a few months ago whom we just learned signed a multi-year modeling contract with Next Models and was out-earning big sis Lindsay by leaps and bounds…
In fact Hollywood news thinks she doesn’t even look like a Lohan anymore. Is her modelling job so grueling she’s lost that much weight in a matter of a couple of months? Or did Next model demand she do something about that baby fat? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley didn’t cave in under that kind of bullying, why should Ali?
Ali‘s too young to head on down towards that spiral sister Lindsay seems to be traveling on. Her face has undergone such a dramatic change, and unless she has cancer or hero worships androgynous male model Andrej Pejic, we really think she should take a step back before she does something truly terrible to mess up what’s left of her childhood.
