Abbey dropped jaws at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London in a sensationally revealing black see-through zippered lace dress by Emanuel Ungaro, which she wore with a pair of black Christian Louboutin pumps and a matching clutch. The sexy blonde beauty left practically nothing to the imagination in the skimpy dress, which completely showed her matching black bra and panties underneath.
Abbey opted to go simple in the hair and makeup department by keeping her hair down in loose waves and her face nearly bare, with just a bit of dramatic black eyeliner and nude lipstick.
