We’re hearing reports that BRITNEY SPEARS will definitely be wearing an engagement ring soon. Even if, frankly, we’re kind tired of hearing all these false alarms of humongous rocks or promise band sightings on her significant finger. Hollywood rumors woke up bright and early the day they saw boyfriend Jason Trawick leaving a jewelry store last week. Are we in for the real thing this time?
And she does seem to be looking kinda gleeful these days, hasn’t she?
Well, yes, we suppose she’d be looking radiant, if only for the fact that said engagement ring is to be worn for a music video, which, surprisingly enough, stars Jason Trawick, who plays the “white knight in shining armor” who rescues Brit-Brit from an abusive fiance.
Jason pummels the baddie down to the ground, and Britney tosses the ring to the ground before they climb on a wicked-looking motorcycle and head off into the sunset.
Uh…the leaked script of this music video-to-be so is rife with rich imagery we don’t want to imagine signifies. Apart from it being Jason Trawick‘s first showbiz starring role, that is.
So did Brit-Brit approve of the script because she’s trying to send a message to the world at large? That Jason’s saved her from the hoodlum of broken marriages and relationships, and they’re flashing their collective middle finger at tradition?
