Not only is the movie’s lead single so infectious, entertainment news learned the singer put all of his pain into the song, guaranteed to be a tear-jerker when juxtaposed with Edward and Bella’s more emotional scenes together.
“After seeing the movie, I thought that it would be a perfect fit,”
The singer, born Peter Gene Hernandez said.
“The ‘Twilight’ movies for me [are] a love story. But it’s a dark love story. And I think the best way to describe the song is: It’s the darker side of love. I think that pretty much sums it up.”
