R&B stars JORDIN SPARKS and JASON DERULO are dating, according to the latest celebrity news.
Guess we now have a new R&B golden couple!
Jordin and Jason were spotted together at Jason’s 22nd birthday celebration at the Philippe Chow restaurant in Hollywood—they reportedly arrived together and were very sweet throughout the entire night. An eyewitness reveals:
“Jordin would sing to him occasionally through the night in his ear if her head was rested on his shoulder. It was Jason‘s only night in L.A. and the pair were excited to reunite.”
Jason’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly that the “In My Head” singer has been dating the “American Idol” winner since August. It reportedly started when they did a show together in the Bahamas. A source close to the couple adds:
“[Jason saw Jordin] in a whole new light in the Bahamas. She lost over 30 pounds and looks amazing — and he told her. It started there and they have been really reconnecting, now as lovers and not just friends.”
A few months ago, Jason was rumored to be dating his “It Girl” music video co-star and “Gossip Girl” actress Tika Sumpter who, coincidentally, has just joined the cast of the 2012 “Sparkle” remake, which also stars Jordin.
