Entertainment news tells us that KATIE HOLMES is going to be a guest star on “How I Met Your Mother.” She will be playing ‘The Slutty Pumpkin’—a character who first appeared on the show’s first season, but whose face was never revealed…
…until now.
Yes, Katie has landed a guest starring role on the hit CBS show… and as a character named ‘The Slutty Pumpkin,’ no less.
We wonder how she got hubby Tom Cruise to sign off on that one…
Anyway, this should be a real treat for all you “How I Met Your Mother” fans—you’ll finally get to see ‘The Slutty Pumpkin,’ Ted Mosby’s (played by Josh Radnor) dream girl from Season 1 whom he never saw or spoke to again after one chance meeting at a Halloween party.
“How I Met Your Mother” creator Craig Thomas says:
“Katie is a lovely and talented actress, which is why we’ve saved for her perhaps the most classily named character in our show’s history.”
