Party girl LINDSAY LOHAN, know her pariah status in Tinseltown, employed considerable stealth to sneak into Fashion Week parties, for what reason we have no idea. We understand she wants to be upfront and center on the social scene, but if you’re thrown out by security afterwards, doesn’t that cancel the whole point from the get-go?
Star news has been hearing about all these parties Lindsay has been going to all throughout the weekend, and it turns out that she’s been crashing a great many of them, particularly the fashion show after-parties. Point in case: the Marc Jacobs bash held at the Dream Hotel in Manhattan where she was initially denied entrance not once, but several times.
“It’s not going to happen,”
the event organizers told her again and again.
So Lindsay took the arm of hotel owner Vikram Chatwal and walked into the event just as sassy as you please, promptly disappearing in a booth somewhere near Dakota Fanning who had a legitimate invite to the event. That is, until security zeroed in on where she was hiding and bounced her out unceremoniously.
How pathetic is that? When will Lindsay learn she isn’t anywhere near the sphere of A-list stars anymore and start from the beginning to earn back all the respect she’s lost. Crashing parties and getting kicked off them isn’t going to win her movie contracts at the rate she’s going…
