Thank goodness LINDSAY LOHAN finally landed a job as a model in Milan. Hopefully that’ll put a stop to all that party crashing and mom canoodling she’s been engaged in lately. So it’s a great thing she’s headed out of the country for a while so Hollywood rumors can stop twitching this way and that each time she’s caught doing something utterly pathetic out in La-La land.
So what is good ol’ Lindsay up to? Besides following the footsteps of her skeletal little sis and newly-signed model, Ali, that is.
We’ve just heard she’ll be the face of Philipp Plein’s Spring 2012 collection, which requires her to be in Italy for the runway show this coming weekend.
And while we haven’t quite heard of Philipp Plein, it’s quite a relief to hear that Lindsay is going to strut her stuff on a runway, and not pose for more half-naked sexed-up glamor shots like she’s been doing lately.
“Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality,”
her new employer Philipp Plein said in a press release. We’re not so sure about the “highly acclaimed” part, but we’re guessing Italy’s not overly interested in Hollywood gossip like we are.
Good luck, Lindsay. And for heaven’s sake, don’t f*ck this one up, too.
