LINDSAY LOHAN has just done her first photo shoot for German designer Philipp Plein’s clothing line, and she apparently did an amazing job. The actress looked great as she modeled pieces from the brand’s Spring and Summer 2012 collection.
Lindsay was officially named the new face of Philipp Plein’s clothing line last weekend, as previously reported by celebrity gossip websites. Just one day after the announcement, the troubled actress dived right into her new modeling job and fearlessly hammed it up for the cameras during her first photo shoot for the German brand.
Her first outfit was composed of a red-orange jacket and matching hotpants, a gauzy white top, and lace-up heels, which she modeled on top of a floating structure (which actually looked pretty scary) in the middle of Lake Como in Bellagio, Italy. Afterwards, Lindsay changed into a gorgeous white strapless gown with a bejeweled neckline and light blue cutout booties.
Lindsay was reportedly in good spirits during the entire shoot—she even spent the downtime laughing and joking with the whole crew.
She’s probably really happy about having a new job, don’t you think? After all, the offers have been pretty scant lately.
Philipp Plein said of his new model:
“Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality.”
