Liz was a prolific jewelry collector, and some of her precious ornaments, which she wore in public, in various awards shows, and even in some of her movies, include “The Taj Mahal Diamond,” which celebrity news found out is over 300 years old, set in a gold and ruby chain that was a gift from one husband number 5 and 6, Richard Burton. It’s estimated to cost around half a million dollars.
“Price Is Right” model LANISHA COLE has a bone to chew with the producers of the show…she just sued them for sexual harassment shortly after leaving one of the longest running game shows in the U.S.
Lanisha left the show in 2010 for unknown reasons, right at the peak of her popularity as an audience favorite. Her job at that time was revealing actual prices of household items for the contestants and viewing audience. REESE WITHERSPOON Hit By Car!
“Water For Elephants” star REESE WITHERSPOON was injured after she was struck by a car while jogging along her neighborhood in Santa Monica this morning. Luckily, the car was driven by an 84-year-old woman who wasn’t going very fast along the residential roads.
The latest Hollywood gossip reports the Oscar winning actress was jogging along Georgina Avenue at 20th Street around 11 a.m. when she was struck down by a vehicle traveling south. Witherspoon was immediately rushed to the hospital where it was found she suffered minor injuries, but nothing life threatening.
Oh to be CELINE DION and to live in the comforts of a lushly-appointed mansion…apparently an intruder was thinking in the very same lines because he broke into the singer’s Montreal digs and made himself thoroughly at home. Unfortunately, he also got busted.
Daniel Bedard, the 36-year-old suspect, gained entrance into the Canadian chanteuse’s home via hopping the fence and accessing the easily located garage door opener from an unlocked car. He then made his way through the mansion, eating pastries from the fridge, discarding snack wrappers and cigarette butts on the floor, and even ran himself a nice warm bath in one of the bathrooms.
