HILARY DUFF donned a red and black outfit for her book-signing event at Barnes & Noble in New York. The actress was there to promote and sign copies of her new book “Devoted.”

Hilary wore a red and black graphic printed dress, which featured silver studs along the hem of the sleeves and around the neckline. She accessorized with a black spiky headband, black and gray bracelets, black hoop earrings, and a pair of sheer black polka-dotted stockings.
The newly pregnant actress added a bit of color to her color-coordinated outfit by pairing her dress with cute red and pink striped Charlotte Olympia pumps.
Honestly, the shoes don’t really go with this outfit—although they are definitely adorable. Hilary should have worn something black and edgy, like a pair of black patent pumps or black leather boots… anything that ties in with the whole “rock chick” theme she seems to be going for.
Outfit criticisms aside, we have to say we love her hair and makeup. Hilary went for simple—but flawless—makeup and added some height to her petite frame by sporting a semi-bouffant hairstyle.
