According to the latest Hollywood gossip, DEMI LOVATO is allegedly refusing to talk to her cancer-stricken father, whom she hasn’t spoken to in almost a year. He’s reportedly been begging Demi to return his calls, but the actress staunchly refuses to talk to him.
Demi and her father, Patrick Lovato, have been estranged for nearly a year now. But while the actress/singer has been spending her time focusing on her wellness and her career, her father has been battling cancer.
Patrick has reportedly been trying to reach his daughter for quite some time now, but can’t seem to get in touch with her. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Demi’s dad said:
“I love her so much, and I just want her to call me… This is the only way I can talk to her, I try to reach her but it never works.”
He added:
“It is not like I want anything from her, all I want is her love.”
Patrick last spoke to Demi while she was still in rehab. He recalled:
“She told me she loved me, she really loves her daddy. She told me she’s getting better.”
It’s been months since the two have spoken, and it looks like they won’t be changing that anytime soon. Demi’s estranged father pleaded:
“My health isn’t what it used to be and I know my daughter loves her daddy, so please call me Demi.”

I dont know.I really dont believe all of this.
I think that Demi and her older sister should decide because it is thier dad they know what he is really like.
